Buyer means any real person or body corporate, their principals, partners, servants, agents, contractors and subcontractors including their heirs and assigns, wishing to purchase products or services from the Seller.
Seller means TheBuyersCove Inc., whose Registered Office is located at 339 Pine Ridge Circle C2, Lake Worth, FL 33463, its servants, agents, contractors and subcontractors including their heirs and assigns.
All orders whether through this site, verbally or by any other means are Offers by the Buyer to purchase. Seller retains the sole right to accept or decline the Offer without incurring any damages, penalty, obligation or liability howsoever. Sellers written acceptance of Buyers Offer will be confirmed by email and makes the binding contract, whether or not such email is received by Buyer. All confirmed contracts are deemed concluded in the State of Florida and subject to the law and jurisdiction of the Courts of Florida.
Products shown in this web-site may be subject to Federal &/or State Laws &/or Regulations regarding their sale, storage, use or export. Buyer has the sole cost and responsibility of:
- not only complying with such laws but also bringing them to the attention of and satisfying Seller that sales to Buyer are not in contravention of such Laws &/or Regulations &/or
- applying for and supplying copies to Seller of any and all Permits, Licenses or other required authorizations &/or
- fully indemnifying Seller in respect thereof.
Buyer further agrees that Seller has the right to decline sales of any such Regulated Products without giving any reason, justification or cause or incurring any damages, penalty, obligation or liability howsoever, whether or not Buyer has complied with the aforementioned Laws &/or Regulations.
All sales are final and subject to original Manufacturers / Suppliers Sales Terms, Conditions, Warranties and Guarantees if, as and to the extent applicable. Otherwise, the only other Terms, Conditions, Warranties and Guarantees applicable to the contract &/or products the subject thereof are as required by any applicable Federal &/or State Laws &/or Regulations.
Prices quoted are (unless otherwise stated or specifically agreed in writing in advance) always exclusive of Shipping, Handling, Packing, Sales and any other taxes &/or duties which are Buyers sole liability. Seller collects Sales Tax from Buyer only as required by Florida Law. If you have a specific Tax Exemption Status, you must first submit all relevant documentation to Seller. Seller will otherwise charge applicable Sales Tax to the extent required by Florida Law. Buyers are cautioned that even where Sales Tax is waived under Florida laws, Buyer may be obliged to declare details of the purchase and pay relevant Sales, Use or other Tax to his / her State (Country) of Residence.
International Buyers are responsible for all costs, expenses, dues and taxes howsoever arising out of the export, international transportation &/or import of the goods sold by the Seller to the Buyer. Seller declares it is not registered with the European Union for purposes of Value Added Tax.

Shipping & Returns
Quoted prices exclude Shipping & Handling (S&H) / Freight charges. Buyer will be advised of any S&H / Freight charges involved which will be added to the price of the items ordered and charged to Buyer's credit card or invoice. In certain circumstances S&H / Freight charges may be waived by manufacturer / supplier.
Should there be a need to request return of the goods, please Contact Us for the necessary authorization information (RMA Form).
S&H / Freight charged to Buyer is non-refundable. Original Manufacturers / Suppliers requirements and conditions for returns must be fully complied with at the sole expense of the Buyer. In most instances goods for return have to be return shipped in original packing, freight prepaid, at Buyer's expense. All S&H / Freight charges are non-recoverable.
Should original packing have been lost, damaged or destroyed, Seller will assist, to the extent Seller considers is reasonable, in obtaining at Buyers sole expense any replacement packaging the manufacturer may make available to Buyer in order to facilitate return of the merchandise.
Any restocking charges levied by Original Manufacturers / Suppliers are the responsibility of Buyer. Credits / Refunds by Seller to Buyer will be reduced by the amount of any Original Manufacturers / Suppliers restocking charges.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed in advance by Seller.
